Rental Requirements
A minimum rental age of 25 years is required to rent a vehicle in New Zealand. Renters must hold a current New Zealand drivers licence Which has been held for at least one year, OR a current international licence must accompany drivers licences in a language other than english. All drivers must be listed.

Rates
Rates are based on a minimum 24hr period and include unlimited km's, insurance and g.s.t. (NZ Government Service Tax of 12.5%).

Fuel
Is not included in our rates. Each vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel, which is refilled at the renter's expense on return. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the renter will be charged for the fuel required to refill the tank.

Insurance
An insurance excess of $2000 applies on all vehicles, this is reducible to
A. $1000, for an additional $25/day(Ford Explorer Only)
Late charges
If the vehicle is returned more than an hour later than arranged time an hourly charge of 1/3rd of the daily rate for the next three hours, there after a full days rental will be charged.

Location
Our office is situated at 20 Stanley Street Queenstown (Caples Court Serviced apartments)

Drop Off/Pick Up
We are a personalised service and can offer delivery to your motel/private accommodation or lodgewithin the Queenstown area, and will have the vehicle picked up at the end of your hire. An airport drop off/pick-up is also available by arrangement.
$40 charge each way applies. One way hire or different end location can be arranged at additional costs.

Payment
We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard and eftpos.  A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to confirm a reservation. The remainder is to be paid in full prior to commencement of hire   
Credit card details are held for any fines or extra charges incurred during the time of hire.

Rental Agreement
Our full rental agreement is to be signed at the time of the hire and includes New Zealand Land Transport Authority's legal requirements.

Cancellation
21 days notice is required to cancel a booking, $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
14 days notice will incur a charge of  25% of the cost of the booking
7 days notice will incur a charge of  50% of the cost of the booking
Less than 7 days the full amount of the booking is payable.
